On the less formal side I have a treasured collection of experiences and teachings with people and approaches from many traditions. I was introduced to the Toltec teachings while in Boulder and completed a year long intensive that brought me to Teotihuacan. I have continued to learn from Mesoamerican spirituality and the Toltec Tradition. I learned how to make flower essences with David Dalton and Kate Gilday. I studied post-traumatic stress phenomena with Anngwyn St. Just and other pioneers in the field of trauma healing. Ethel Greene’s School of Multi-Dimensional Energy Work taught me to trust and develop my intuition and transcend the illusion of limitation. I learned about the power of the ancestors and the orders of love from the early constellation facilitators of Bert Hellinger’s extraordinary work. Machaelle Small Wright’s story and presentation of Co-creative Science and her work with nature intelligence blew my mind open and continues to have a profound impact on me. Carol Lubier was an unrecognized master. My time with her and those 20 years of grounding the new matrix that will take us through these profound changes was a wild time and quite a story to tell. All of this and more informs and influences how I think, what I do, and how I approach healing and life itself.

Ultimately my best teacher has been my own body. I survived a serious auto accident in 1998, but the traumatic impact on my brain and nervous system required I engage with an entirely new level of healing. I learned more about trauma and the nervous system from my own recovery than I could have from any class. This understanding of trauma and the nervous system has been essential in developing the Light Transformation Method.

1999, a few months after the car accident, was the year I began having regular experiences with this new energy and the packages of Light in which it travels. These early experiences were disruptive and often uncomfortable. Not having a reference point for understanding what was happening made it harder. Despite knowing that transformational times were coming, it felt strange to be having so many intense experiences. So, like many people having challenges that cannot be solved with known methods, I began the work of understanding what the Light was seeking to accomplish and figuring out how to work with it.

What I know now is that 2000 was the beginning of the new bio-energetic system and the process of building and implementing it around and within the older bio-energetic system. This new matrix took 20 years to build, each year revealing something our situation and the patterns, entanglements, and programming that keeps things held in the old way. What emerged from those years is a healing lineage for the new energy matrix and a method that provides both a system of healing and a map for navigating these times of deep and profound change.

There have been many prophecies about these times. All of them point to massive change but none of them provided information about how we will move through this on a day to day level. We were given an overview but the questions of how we will support out bodies, our minds, relationships and communities have been left for us to figure out. While I do not have all the answers, I know the purpose of the Light Integration Academy is to provide the information, structures, and energy work to live through these times successfully. If we choose to meet the times, we can partner with the Light to heal and resolve the past while stepping with purpose into the present in order to co-create an extraordinary future.

The Light is driving big change on the inside and outside realities. I have had more than enough experience with this Light to trust the process and feel significant hope for the planet and people. Despite how ugly it can look out there, the Light continues to intensify and give us what we require to mature into the next version of ourselves- the version that can solve the problems we created and take us into an entirely new relationship with life. This is an exciting time, ripe with so much potential, power and peril. Positive outcomes require our engagement. Our ancestors got us this far. It is up to us now.

This is the mission of the work I do with individuals and groups. For those who are ready to create an empowered relationship to these changes I have a lot to share with you. You do not need to be in the healing arts to take classes or develop a new skill set. You only require a sincere desire to grow.
