FOCUSED LIGHT INTEGRATION

The F.L.I. is for people who are seeking more specific support with the process, but may not require a private appointment. It is similar to the Lightwork but with more specific objectives and attention. The smaller class size allows Sheilagh to provide individual support to each participant.

Classes are scheduled in between Lightwork events to provide options for support throughout the month.  Classes open with Sheilagh sharing the Light's recent activity and the challenges posed by the current phase of this process. She explains the energetics behind the strange symptoms and experiences people are having. Once the questions are answered the class goes deep in to the energy work.
